Main User
There is one main user account in Scandic Sweden. Some configurations are done centrally by the main user. Each Scandic hotel has an own hotel user account. Hotels are “under” the main user. The configuration done by the main user will be inherited to every hotel.
Keeping the MAC address constant
The smartphone and tablet are connected to the customer’s own wireless network. Devices do not gain free network access until Scandic’s ICT support has added their MAC addresses to the whitelist of the wireless network.
