On October 19, 2021, SmartKitchen customers received an upgraded version of self-monitoring sample management. Thanks to the improvements, the solution more widely supports the digitization of the implementation of the HACCP plan and the archiving of data.
Previously, the SmartKitchen solution included hand probe temperature samples. Now the solution also includes the management of surface hygiene samples. The customer can continue to use the current surface hygiene measurement method and save the measurement results manually. The upgrade includes the integration of the Kikkoman Lumitester luminometer. In the future, all functions related to sampling can be found in the own Sample menu.
