The SmartKitchen Console is designed to provide you with a simple and efficient way to handle both Tasks and Alarms. It is a dedicated tablet for kitchen staff to carry out daily routines:
- Always available.
- Fixed location in the kitchen.
- Dedicated to SmartKitchen.
- Used for recording tasks and responding to alarms.
- Login without a username and password.
USING TEMPERATURE ALARMS
When the temperature alarm occurs, the Console tablet screen alerts with both sound and a flashing display. The latest alarm and the number of unacknowledged alarms is displayed on the screen.
To access a more detailed list of alarms, simply tap the screen.
Take Corrective Action
Each alarm should lead to a specific corrective action.
Acknowledge Alarms
After corrective action, make sure to acknowledge the alarm by tapping the acknowledgment button. Record the performance according to the instructions and fill in the requested fields.
Are the Alarm Limits set correctly?
Do you find that there are a high number of false alarms? If you observe that daily routines are triggering alarms unnecessarily, please reach out to your main user. They will adjust the settings in the SmartKitchen service to ensure the system operates smoothly and effectively.
Return to Home Page
We recommend that after completing your desired actions, you remember to press “Home” and return to the main Console page.
This practice simplifies things for the next user, especially if they initiate their actions immediately after you.
USING TASKS
On the Console home page, the left section displays tasks linked to the chosen task group. When you select a specific task, detailed instructions automatically appear on the right. Simply tap the screen.
Checking Today’s Tasks
By default, the displayed period is “Today,” showing tasks due within the next 24 hours. To control task group visibility, just click on the group icons. Keep active only the groups with tasks currently in progress.
Completing a Task
From the list, pick the task you are set to complete. Note that a task can comprise one or more actions. Follow the provided instructions to complete the task. Use the tablet’s virtual keyboard to fill in the necessary fields.
Return to Home Page
